Shipping and Returns
***Return policy is extended throughout the holiday season into January***
- Please place your orders by 12/18/23 if you would like to receive it by Christmas.
- Due to high volume, ALL carriers experience delays. We have no control over these.
- If you pay for expedited shipping, we cannot guarantee it will arrive on time due to a carrier delay.
All orders over $50 (after discounts are applied) are eligible for free 1-3 shipping within the lower 48 states.
We try our best to ship orders placed before 2PM EST the same day, Monday-Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship within the next business day.
We ship via FedEx Express, UPS, FedEx Home/Ground and USPS.
Please note that some carriers do not consider weekends and holidays as shipping days.
Due to dealer agreements, we are only permitted to ship within the US.
Items that are returned from orders that included a shipping charge (ex: if your order has a shipping charge due to it being under the free
shipping threshold or you choose an expedited/alternate shipping method that costs you extra) you will not have the paid shipping charge refunded.
PLEASE KEEP THE PRODUCT PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU ARE KEEPING THE ITEM(S).
ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING.
RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
All returns are free using Happy Returns. Please see below for further instructions.
We hope that your order arrived complete and in satisfactory condition. We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky,
which is why we offer free returns and 100% satisfaction guarantee on all shoes and helmets within 30 days of delivery. New, unused
pedals, footbeds & other accessories can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Any used pedals or used/cut footbeds
are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.
All items must be returned in their original product packaging (shoe box, helmet box etc..). Please do not tape anything.
All returns will be issued refunds back to their original forms of payments.
We do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size you can place a new order which will ship ASAP.

Items that are returned from orders that included a shipping charge (example: if you order something under the free shipping threshold,

You will need your order number which can be found on your email confirmation or on the order form that came with your order.
You will be prompted with the following two options:
You can drop your item(s) off at any of the 5000+ Happy Return Bar locations with the QR code that is provided in the return portal.
No return label needed.
Just show your QR code at the return bar and hand them your item(s).
Your refund will be issued immediately back to your original form of payment.
You can return your item(s) by mail by printing out a return label that is issued in the return portal.
You are responsible for repackaging your item(s) inside of another box or bag similar to how it arrived.
Any return received with the label affixed directly to the products packaging, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your return is received back at our storefront.
You can select a new return method or initiate a new return on the same order as many times as needed until the item is physically returned.
