Free One to Three Day Shipping for All Orders Over $50
All orders over $50 are eligible for free three day shipping within the lower 48 states. Any orders placed before 3PM Eastern time are most likely going to be shipped the same day. Please note that UPS does not consider weekends and holidays as shipping days. We ship from Long Island, NY, so the closer you are the faster they will arrive.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Free Return Shipping for 30 Days on Shoes
If for any reason you are unhappy with your shoes, whether it be the fit, the color, the smell (hey, that's not us that's you!), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return label. We will process and email a UPS label within 24 hours. If you don't have access to a printer, be sure to let us know, and we will send it to you by mail. A full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the product. Items sent back without their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based off the retail price). Orders that are not packed inside another box or a poly mailer (white plastic bag we may have sent it in) are also subject to a 15% restocking fee (based off the retail price). If you return mismatched shoes (I.e. a size 46 and size 47 of the same model), you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (based off the retail price).

New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable for a full refund. Otherwise a 10-30% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
ITEMS RETURNED FROM ORDERS THAT INCLUDED A SHIPPING CHARGE (example: if you order something under the free shipping threshold, or choose an expedited/alternate shipping method that costs you extra) WILL NOT HAVE THE PAID SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDED.
We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse (we only ask that you be reasonable).
PLEASE KEEP THE OUTER BOX or MYLAR BAG AND THE SHOEBOX UNTIL YOU DECIDE YOU ARE HAPPY
UPS really doesn't like shoes shipping in their shoebox only, that's why we put the shoebox in that mylar bag.
