Return Policy

We are no longer processing exchanges.  If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order and you will be issued a refund for whatever you return.  If you used a coupon code that is different than the current code, just email us for a special coupon code so you will receive the same discount. Or you can go ahead and place the new order and we will issue you a refund for the difference of the original coupon code used.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your shoes or helmet, whether it be the fit, the color, the smell (hey, that's not us that's you!), please email us at and request a return label.  We will process and email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.  If you choose to ship it back on your own, we will not be responsible for any return shipping cost you incurred.  If you don't have access to a printer, be sure to let us know, and we will send it to you by mail or we can email you a FedEx return label in which you can open the email at a drop off location and they can print a label for you.  Your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of us receiving the product.  

Please keep the products original packaging (shoe box, helmet box etc.) until you decide you are happy!

Orders that are not packed inside another box or a poly pouch (white plastic bag they may have been sent in or something similar) you will be charged a 10% restocking fee (based off the retail price). For example, if you send the shoes back with the return label taped directly to the shoe box, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

We understand, boxes get damaged in transit and you will not be charged any fee for a damaged/crushed box but the box still must be repacked in a box or poly mailer pouch (or something similar).  

Items sent back without their original packaging (actual shoe box, helmet box etc.) are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based off the retail price).  If you return mismatched shoes (I.e. a size 46 and size 47 of the same model), you will be charged a 50% restocking fee (based off the retail price).

New, unused Pedals, Footbeds & other accessories can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

Any used pedals or used/cut footbeds that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

ITEMS RETURNED FROM ORDERS THAT INCLUDED A SHIPPING CHARGE (example: if you order something under the free shipping threshold, or choose an expedited/alternate shipping method that costs you extra) WILL NOT HAVE THE PAID SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDED.
