Shipping and Returns
All orders over $50 (after discounts are applied) are eligible for free 1-3 shipping within the lower 48 states.
We try our best to ship orders placed before 2PM EST the same day, Monday-Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship within the next business day.
Any order with a shipping label created on a Saturday, will not begin tracking until Monday.
We ship via FedEx Express, UPS, FedEx Home/Ground and USPS.
Please note that most carriers do not consider weekends and holidays as shipping days.
Due to dealer agreements, we are only permitted to ship within the US.
Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that are returned from orders that included a shipping charge (ex: if your order has a shipping charge due to it being under the free
shipping threshold or you choose an expedited/alternate shipping method that costs you extra) you will not have the paid shipping charge refunded.
PLEASE KEEP THE PRODUCT PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU ARE KEEPING THE ITEM(S).
ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED, MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING.
We hope that your order arrived complete and in satisfactory condition. We understand that finding the perfect fit can be hard, which is why we offer free returns for all items.
Please keep all product packaging until you have decided you are keeping the item(s).
We ask if you can please try the shoes on (preferably with socks) to see if they are a good fit before you install cleats and use them.
If you have used the item(s) and are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss your return options.
If you would like to use a product to help decide if it is right for you, send us an email. Some brands do offer fit guarantees and we are open to working with you! Just let us know first.
All items must be returned in their original product packaging (shoe box, helmet box etc.). Please do not put any tape or the return shipping label on any product packaging.
If return item(s) and product packaging are not new and in sellable condition, they may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns will have refunds issued back to their original forms of payment.
We do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size you can place a new order. We suggest placing a new order as soon as possible to secure inventory.
If the item cost is different than your original purchase, sale prices can be matched within 30 days of your original order date. Please email email@example.com for any price match inquiries.
If you do not see a specific item, size or colorway in stock, send us an email and we can always check to see if that item is already on order or available to order.
Only one prepaid return label is provided per order so please be sure your return is complete before using the return label.

You will need your order number which can be found on your email confirmation or on the invoice that came with your order. It is usually a seven digit number and begins with the number 8.
You will be given the option to print a prepaid shipping label. Please print the shipping label and the return packing slip.
Please re-pack your return items(s) inside of another box or bag and stick the return label to the outside of the return package.
Please note any returns received that are not packed inside of another box or bag (wrapping paper, newspaper, anything to protect the product packaging) and have the shipping label taped directly to the product packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns and refunds to be processed after arriving back at our storefront. It may take a few business
days to reflect back into your account depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

If there was an issue with your order such as receiving the incorrect item, an item is missing, or an item is defective
