Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We ship only within the United States. International shipping is not permitted due to dealer agreements.
Free standard shipping applies to the continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii, Territories and APO's will calculate a shipping charge at checkout.

Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts) within the continental US.
  • Standard Shipping is delivery within 1-5 business days.
  • Orders under $50 will calculate a shipping charge for standard shipping at checkout. Please note that the shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Single shoe orders typically ship in a mylar bag. If your item’s packaging was damaged in transit (in either direction), we’ll never penalize you for that.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed by 2 PM EST Monday–Friday typically ship the same day.
  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
  • Shipping labels created on the weekend will update the following business day when carriers resume service.

Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carriers typically do not operate on weekends and holidays.
If you have a carrier preference, please put a note in the comment box.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping (under free threshold or expedited), it will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Product Packaging

Please keep all original product packaging. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase but if something didn't work out, the link to get your prepaid shipping label is at the bottom of this page. Please be sure to read the full return policy.

If you received the wrong item, a defective item or something is missing, please Contact Us Here right away so we can resolve it promptly.
Any order issues — including missing items, incorrect shipments, or packages marked as delivered but not received — must be reported within 7 days of the delivery scan date. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate or honor claims made after this window has passed, as shipping carriers limit access to delivery records beyond this timeframe.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Used items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes cleat marks, dirt, scuffs and missing original product packaging.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original product packaging(unless otherwise discussed).
  • Include all tags, accessories, and inserts.
  • All Final Sale Items are non-returnable and non-exchangable, with no exceptions.

Packaging Requirements

  • Use a shipping box, bag, or wrap to protect the product packaging.
  • Do not tape or label product packaging directly.
  • Taping the return label directly to the product may result in a 10% restocking fee..
  • No fee is ever charged if packaging was damaged in transit (in either direction).

  • Single shoe orders are typically shipped in mylar bags. If your item’s packaging was damaged in transit (in either direction), we’ll never penalize you for that.

No Exchanges

  • Place a new order to secure the item while it's in stock.
  • Same item but different price? Just send us an email with your new order number and we will adjust your price. Must be within 30 days of your order date.
  • Return your original item for a refund

Refunds

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after arriving back at our storefront. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return is complete. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank so it may take a few business days to reflect back into your account.

One Prepaid Label

Only one free return label is offered per order, so please make sure your return is complete before using the label. We do not provide any additional labels for the same order. If you already used the one free label, you can still make a return from that order but you are responsible for the return shipping.

Fit & Usage

Please try the shoes on indoors and preferably with socks before installing cleats and using the shoes.
Once cleats are installed or signs of wear appear on the soles or treads, the item is considered used. Used items are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless pre-approved.

Shipping Charges

Any original shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes orders under our free shipping threshold and orders where you selected an expedited/upgraded shipping method.
