Updates and Return Policy
We advise you place your orders by 12/14 to receive them by 12/25.
Most orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 business hours.
We primarily ship via USPS or FedEx. Even if you pay for UPS expedited shipping, we cannot guarantee there will be no delay.
Free 1-3 shipping applies but please be mindful that ALL shipping carriers are experiencing active delays due to the overwhelming demand of the holidays and lack of staff due to Covid-19. We have no control over carrier delays and it is possible that something might not arrive in time for the holidays.
If your order has stopped tracking or says it is arriving late, it is very likely it will update in a few business days. We cannot proceed with a refund/reship until the tracking has not updated for 15 business days (depending on the carrier). We understand this is very frustrating but most all packages are eventually being delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or would like make us aware that your package is late, please send us an email to email@example.com.
Our return policy is extended through the holiday season.
Due to Covid-19 we will not be processing any exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please place a new order and you will be issued a full refund for what you return. If you used a coupon code that has a bigger discount than the current code or the code does not work- email us for a special coupon code so you receive the same discount. Or you can place the new order, send us an email, and we will issue you a refund for the coupon code difference.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after arriving back at Bikeshoes.com. You will then be issued a full refund back to your original form of payment. If not seen right away, depending on your bank, please allow 2-3 business days to reflect back into your account.
